CD is wonderful, it's just as good as the other Natal Hypnotherapy CDs. The voice of the reader and the background music is wonderfully relaxing.

Far better than the American HypnoBirthing. As a midwife & pregnancy yoga teacher I would only ever recommend Natal Hypnotherapy- it's more real!
