Super sticky- have worn it once for a full day out shopping and had no problems with it moving out of place. I am a D cup. It gave a good shape too.

Delivery was delayed by a day, so I did not receive my bra until 3 days after purchase despite paying for next day delivery.

We're sorry that you thought delivery is free. Delivery is only free for orders over £50. All orders under this amount are subject to a £4.8 delivery charge.

On your website under shipping information for accessories including lingerie it quite clearly states under costs and options UK - Free delivery on all items, this is misleading in that case

Would you mind sharing the link to the page you mean as on our shipping page, http://invisibra.co.uk/shipping/ we clearly state the delivery costs for UK. Also, during checkout, delivery options shown would have indicated the delivery charge as well.

The website I was using was Lavalia, my attention was drawn to the delivery costs I had been charged because when the bra arrived it came with a marketing/information pamphlet that also says free shipping on all UK orders

Sorry for the confusion. The marketing pamphlet was printed a year ago, so the information is slightly out of date. Our new pamphlets are in production now. Please be assured that all customers are charged the delivery charge, not just you.

it is very confusing especially when on top of the incorrect marketing material if you go to www.lavaliaonline on the info & help page under shipping information for accessories including lingerie it does quite clearly state "UK - free delivery on all items" . This complaint does not take anything away from the product as I am very pleased with the bra just disappointed with the shopping experience, I suggest that you ensure all your information be made uniform
