I have spoken with my Customer Service Manager who was delighted to see your comments, especially regarding the etiquette of our driver and the way in which your products were delivered to you.

Invopak aims to lead the way when it comes to customer service and for this we have implemented a 'World Class Customer Experience'. All of us here have an input, whether that's speaking to our sales team regarding a new order or when our warehouse staff pick your goods and deliver them to you - we will be world class each and every time, with confidence!
