We're always looking at ways we can improve and will continue to put our time, effort and training into making sure we provide a World Class Customer Experience, in-fact its the major driving force for us here.
We as a business make sure that we treat our Customers as we would want to be treated and I think this is quite clear when I read your comment as to how hard we try to find solutions. We understand at times things can go wrong, that no one is perfect and it's actually what we do to rectify any issue that defines us, this is what makes the real difference.

I'm aware of the issue with regards the faulty bottles and I can only apologise this happened. I'm really glad we managed to sort this out in the end and to your satisfaction. These goods were quarantined and sent to the supplier for further investigation.
