We stock over 2000 products and our purpose is that of Delivering our Customers Products to Market with Confidence. Unfortunately, on this occasion I can see that this wasn't achieved with your 20 litre buckets solely.
I have investigated your comment with Jessica who is the Customer Service Executive who manages your account. I can see that you placed your order on the 5th of December 2016 as Jessica confirmed this to you via an email with the 'anticipated' delivery date of the 19th.
I can then see that on the 14th of December Jessica then informed you of an issue our Manufacturer was having with this product, this being due to the fact it consisted of a regrind material. This type of product is specialised and not one we tend to stock, again due to the nature of the material. Unfortunately, in this instance we were held to ransom by the dates from our suppliers and this is where I can see we let you down.
