We are sorry you had a bad experience in one of our properties. At the time of your booking, the apartment above the house was empty but the owner decided to rent it sometimes this year. As soon as we found this out, we have informed you, and all our clients that booked the property, with an email containing photos and an explanation of where the apartment is and a chance for a full refund if you were not happy with this change.
We are sorry to hear you also experienced issues with the plumbing. We kindly ask our clients to contact us when there is a problem so we can solve it promptly but we, or our local contact, have not heard from you during your stay. As it was, after you have reported the issue, the problem was solved quickly and the flushing now works.
As described, the property only has 2 bathrooms between 4 bedrooms.
We have reported all the issues you mentioned to the owner who will work on adding improvements to the house.
