Thank you for your feedback. We had a chat with the owner and our local contact and I would like to address the issues you have raised:
Our local contact, together with the owner, will visit the house at the end of this season to have a re-check of the electrics, sockets, etc. and make sure it is all safe to use and in order for next season.
The owner has asked us to apologise about the bed linen. They are normally changed after 7 days but in all honesty, the he forgot. We ask clients to notify us of any requests/issues they have while staying at the villa so we can sort them out quickly. I can assure you that this has not happened before and I can only apologise and make sure it will not happen again.
I have been told that you did not have good weather whilst staying in Sorrento and there were a few storms. This is why the pool has filled with debris and leaves, more than usual and could not be kept to the cleaning standards we usually have.
Please note that Casa Irene does not have a washing machine and we have never advertised it with one. There is a laundry service at extra cost and I believe that Alessandro has helped in this regard? I do agree that the apartment should have a washing machine and we will stress this to the owner.
Regarding the Internet, unfortunately, again, because of the storms they had in the area, the antenna broke and it was replaced with a new one as soon as possible.
