Thank you for your feedback, we are glad you had a good time in Casa Del Re.
I spoke to our local contact to understand what happened. I think there was a miscommunication in between; the owner said she has asked you if you wanted all the extras and thought you agreed to them. But maybe, as her English is not good, you did not understand she meant they are optional. We have made it clear to her that someone with better English needs to do the check in from now on and it’s something we are looking to change. As you said, the owner might have been a little apprehensive about renting her house, as it was the first year she did it and did not know what to expect. She put a lot of love and care into it. We do have all the mandatory local charges written in the vouchers we send and website. For anything else we kindly ask clients to give us a call and we will be happy to assist.
