Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and our apartment. On Saturday night at 20:45, the night before your check-out, we received a message from you regarding the heater not working. We immediately sent someone over but unfortunately the issue was more complicated and it could not be resolved easily and before your departure the next morning.
Regarding the garden, we are sorry you did not feel it was the same. The metal tables are the same as what we display in the photos, they just have a table cloth over them. We provide you with table cloths which can be found in the apartments, for them to be used as needed. The wicker seating area is also the same as the ones we display in the photos. Unfortunately due to bad weather and wind, there were leaves over them.
You are mentioning a complete lack of communication; we do not feel this is an accurate representation. On the same evening you messaged us, we sent someone over to check the boiler and we replied to your messages and questions regarding the baby cot which was not broken, but instead it was not opened correctly, by messaging you with a video on how to use it.
Again, we are truly sorry that you did not feel you had an enjoyable stay as we always strive to give our customers the best time in Italy.
