Dear Sarah. Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you do not feel you had a good experience at Casa Irene. I do remember your message regarding the broken lock and that the owner has come and resolved the issue on the same day, only a few hours after you messaged us (they were out of town and returned to fix the issues). After that, we received a message from you saying "The owner has come and sorted the issues, thank you very much for being so prompt on this, very much appreciated" and that Sara, our local contact, has been very good in her replies to you. As we have not heard from you afterwards, we thought all was well and you were enjoying your stay. Please rest assured that, as you saw with the window issue, we always try to resolve matters in the most prompt manner and should we have known of any other issues, they would have also been resolved.
Regarding the pool at Casa Irene, this apartment always had a shared pool and it has never been advertised as a private pool, as per our description.
Our guests experience is of the utmost importance to us and we always try to go above and beyond to make sure they have a nice stay in our properties.
