Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery time. I have taken a quick look at your order and can see that you placed it on Friday 29th April and it was delivered on Tuesday 3rd May. Our deliveries are shipped with next day delivery, however this excludes weekends and bank holidays. As Monday 2nd May was a bank holiday, your order was delivered on the Tuesday. Hope this explains the delivery timing for you and doesn’t deter you from shopping with us in the future. We hope your furry friend is now enjoying his food!

Thank you for this but it does say on your website next day delivery if you order before 12, as Friday 29th was not a bank holiday I saw no reason as to why it wouldn’t arrive on Saturday!
