Hi A, Thanks for taking the time to write a review. The vast majority of JB furniture reviews are rated 5 star so obviously we are very disappointed with your 1 star rating. We take all feedback seriously and always investigate fully. You kindly placed an order with us on 16th April 2024 and were quoted approximately 4 weeks delivery. When your order was chased with the manufacturer we were advised the container carrying your goods had suffered a delay. Delays with goods being shipped around the world is a problem suffered by companies on a daily basis and is beyond the control of JB. Our supplier took the time to ring you and explained the situation. You were contacted on 13th June the day before you received our feedback request, you were offered a delivery date which you declined and stipulated a specific delivery date which our suppliers are aware of. Once again thanks for your feedback and we do hope you will be very happy with your new Madrid furniture when you take delivery.

As we were still unsatisfied with your response WE chased Dessers 3. It was Dessers who informed us about the shipping issue which we then relayed back to you, you told us you were not aware of this. 4. On 13 June I received a text that a delivery would be made in 20 mins time ! At NO TIME have I been offered a delivery date. If I had I would have explained that I would be 4000 miles away on holiday that day ! 5. We have now asked for a new date. We have been promised on several occasions by yourselves and Dessers that the delivery company will call me, this has still not happened. I hope this clarifies a few of your points and that eventually I will see the goods that I have ordered and paid in full from you in good faith. Finally, sending out a customer feedback request before I have even received my goods seems somewhat unprofessional and maybe highlights the lack of communication internally which you appear to have.
