This is product not service related. The item is also described as mini and the measurements are on the description.

Hat feather was perfect but it took five day's to get to me which was quite annoying as postage was expensive.

Hello, so sorry you were disappointed with the delivery times. Having looked at what happened you placed the order at 15.22 on a Friday. Unfortunately the courier collects between 3-4pm and had already been. Therefore your item was packed and sent on Monday as Parcelforce do not operate at the weekends. Hence it was delivered at 09.11 on the Wednesday. We are constantly looking at ways as a small business that we can improve and pride ourselves on exceptional products and service and hope to see you again as a customer.
