Dear Joan,I am sorry that you are not very pleased. You ordered at 1.13pm on 30th December. Parcelforce were not collecting parcels (nationwide) on 31st and therefore due to the shop being closed (as stated on our website when you ordered) on New Years Day & the 2nd January it was dispatched on Friday 3rd January.The tracking shows that it was signed for by J CARR on Tuesday 7th January at 8.53am. If you had contacted us directly we would have confirmed this with you at the time. We are a small family business and pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service so are disappointed that we could not meet your expectations at this time. Kind regards Steph & Stu
