Hi there, thank you for your reviews! However, I did want to speak to your comment about our pricing. The cost for a company to become GMP qualified is astronomical. Often we are spending 5-10x more than the cost of the product to run our facility, pay our staff, lab test every batch, filter every gram of kratom for foreign objects especially metal bits that can grind off during the grinding process in Indonesia, and much more. The companies selling kratom so much cheaper usually just hand repackage their kratom in their basements or garages with no safety protocols and no possible way to check batches and ensure consistency and quality. Or worse, they just slap a label on prepackaged bags from Indonesia because their vendor claims it was lab tested and what not. Well, it never is. They just find lab tests they like online, use photoshop, and make it look like it's theirs. The sad thing is, this results in sub-par product at best getting to the consumer, and at worst, heavy metals, pathogens, mold, or other issues that can make people very sick. That is why we screen every gram of kratom with powerful rare-earth magnetics, super fine, screen filters, and then GMP processes to ensure that nothing gets through that isn't supposed to be in your kratom product. Along with all the testing and safety comes Fair Trade agreements where we ensure that the farmers harvesting the leaves are being paid a fair wage! Most kratom coming into the US is $3 per kilo plus shipping. That's asinine! That means the farmer is only getting pennies per kilo! We ensure that the farmer is getting many times that and able to make a livable fair wage and enables them to provide a home and food for their families.
We encourage everyone to only purchase from cGMP Vendors vetted by the American Kratom Association and then beyond that, ensuring that they pair fair wages to their farmers! Protect Kratom's source, and protect it's legality here and we will never have to worry about losing our amazing plant!
