Our system did not hold onto any funds. When we refund you, the refund is instant. Your bank/financial institution is the one who takes the 5-10 days to return it to your account. You can read our policy about this or even contact any other retail outlet like Walmart or such and they will tell you the same thing for online orders. It's because the systems they use between banks was built in the 70's and has never been updated because no one can agree on a standard system. If you did not intentionally try to order multiples then I apologize but based on your contact with us it definitely came across that way as confrontational and demanding. We lost money on every order we sent with this deal. So "not being worth" is a statement that is not even possible as that is cheaper than the cost when you buy a 40 foot shipping container full of kratom at a time. This was a loss for us to give people an opportunity to try it for little to zero risk.
