Customer was upset because we use brown bags for our kratom (which are air tight but compostable which is part of our Green Initiative to help reduce our waste). He insisted that our quality must be terrible if we use such terrible bags. We attempted to explain to him that the bags we use are actually very high tech and cost 8x more than cheap mylar plastic bags but he proceeded to yell at my staff and cuss them out because we didn't know what we were talking about.
Sadly, we cannot help a customer who verbally assaults our staff. We were kind, level headed, and provided excellent customer service through the entire encounter and we wish this customer the very best regardless of the circumstances.
