Overall Customer Service was excellent. The trip was easy to arrange via telephone and then email, and the base representatives at Branges and Saint Jean-de-Losne were exceptional.

This was the experience of a lifetime. Le Boat was a great service with new and clean boats. Freddy in Homps did a excellent job of explaining the boat and getting us on our way.

Instruction beforehand very inadequate. Heater on boat did not work. Staff very kind and helpful. Boat generally in good shape but the outside not cleaned when we picked it up.
