I'm very sorry that you've not yet received your paperwork. Policy documents are emailed, and sometimes get mistakenly delivered to spam/trash folders. Please check these folders, as your welcome email may be waiting there.

I will also pass this on to our Customer Service Manager to arrange a hard copy be posted to your address as well.
