Policy documents are emailed, but are sometimes delivered to the trash or spam folder by email servers. Please check these folders, as they may be already waiting there.

I've also passed this on to our Customer Service Manager. An agent will be in touch shortly to confirm your email and postal addresses, and will resend a hard and email copy.
