Your replacement Tumble Cheer trainer was dispatched on 26/11/15 so you should receive this anytime now if you haven’t already. I know post can be a little slower than usual as it is fast approaching Christmas but it shouldn’t take much longer than usual. With regards to sizing, Zephz are an American brand so the sizing has been converted from US to UK. You should have received notification of this conversion which we find works for most customers, we are however sorry to hear it has not worked for you.
