Thank you for your feedback. Our interest rates are public and we explain the cost of the loan to each customer before they sign their loan agreement. Don’t forget if you wish to withdraw from your loan agreement, all customers have a 14 day grace period after signing. Furthermore, if a customer wishes to settle a loan agreement early they are entitled to a statutory rebate which would reduce the total amount repayable significantly.

The gentleman that served me was ever soo slow, got there at 13.13 for my 13.30 appointment and didnt leave till about 15.10. There was a lady who drove all the way from salisbury and had to go back
