Thank you for your comment. Unfortunately we sent you an email requesting feedback at the wrong time so please accept our apologies. In the run up to Christmas we do unfortunately experience delays which is frustrating for all involved. However it seems we could have done more to update you on the progress of your order and we take that on board. We are keeping an eye on your order to prevent any further delays.

At this time of year we do experience delays although your comment tells us we could have done more to communicate with you and make your experience better.
