Samples and curtains arrived promptly. Good quality, give desired look. One of the few places that I could find long length cotton curtains, and made in UK. So fed up of man made materials from China.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your curtains. Natural fabrics do, of course, crease a little more than synthetic but you should find that the creases drop out naturally after a couple of weeks of hanging. Dreadful. Are you a bunch of crooks? You have my money and no response to the Order or online enquiry or tel call where a lady answered and said she would forward my enquiry to the right dept.

Hi John, Your order has been sent out and returned by DPD because no one was at home We have emailed and called the email and phone number given with the order several times but not received any response from you. Likewise DPD would have notified you of your delivery. The reply to this review is another attempt to contact you. Can you check your voicemail and also your junk mail folder for emails from us or try us again on Monday and we will call you back?
