Thank you for your feedback, this is a first for us as we haven't had this problem previously so apologies for the errors. Unfortunately yes there have been many delays and issues during Covid with regard to contact, deliveries and supplies, due to closures, but we have always been completely honest with our customers and have not once blamed Covid for this error. If your mattress fillet is still incorrect please can I suggest you contact us and we will rectify the error.
