Hi John, Thank you for your feedback, apologies for the problems you have received, as from previous reviews of the Premium 2000 you can see that this is not a common problem therefore it sounds like there may have been a manufacturers fault. You do have 5 years gurantee with the mattress so we will happily replace it, or if you choose you can upgrade to a better product.
