I am really sorry to hear you thought delivery was not fast enough. As you placed your order on a Friday and we are closed during the weekend the next working day was a Monday which is why it feels like it took longer than usual but it was actually dispatched within 2 working days which is the leadtime announced on the website and really the quickest we can do for a personalised item.
