Thank you for the time that you have taken to review our vacation home. It is always good to hear that a guest was pleased with the home, particularly that you felt it was clean and of a nice standard. It was very unfortunate that you experienced problems with the pool heater at this home. A member of our team switched on the pool heater three days prior to your arrival in order that the pool would be warm for your immediate use. It appears that during this time the switch tripped out and hence the water was not being heated. Whilst our Maintenance Team attended the home within an hour of this issue being reported it does take up to 48 hours for it to reach temperature. The pool heaters operate during certain hours of the day, they are not allowed to run during what would be considered unsociable hours. We hope that your enjoyed your vacation here in Orlando, and would welcome assisting you with your accommodation needs in the future.
