We note your comments but were surprised that none of these issues were reported to us during your 5 night stay. Had they been then we would have responded immediately.
Firstly the property presents itself as per the photos displayed on our website where you chose and booked this particular vacation home.
The pool heating was turned on two days prior to your stay so that the water temperature would be warm for your arrival. The pool heater is in perfect working order and so there is no reason for the water to have been cold. Subsequent inspection has shown no problem with this heater.
An inspection of the home was carried out prior to your arrival, it is our policy to leave just one toilet roll in each bathroom as explained in the documents sent to you. This is simply for your convenience until you have had the opportunity to go to a store and purchase the supplies that are needed for a self-catered vacation home.
Our Housekeeping Team had attended the home and all bed linen had been washed and changed. We inspected the home following your departure and all TVs were all found to be working correctly.
It is a pity you never brought any of these issues to our attention to enable us to respond promptly.
