I have doubled checked the information you were given in regards to your ticket, as it was a none changeable ticket we must abide by these rules of the contract to avoid action taken by the airline.
We take customer services very seriously, I am sorry we could not be of further assistance. The only advice we could give was to speak with the airline in resort as, on occasion they can make decisions which we cannot.
I do hope we have the opportunity to show you how important good customer services is to us in the near future.
