Many thanks for your feedback. Please be assured that your request for a king size bed was passed over the the hotel on the 9th November to which the hotel responded. When a booking is made that is travelling within 30 days the documentation is automatically sent out so you shouldn't need to call to request any documentation. According to our system the documentation was sent successfully so I am unsure why this was not received on the same day of booking. In relation to the incorrect address this looks to be a error at our side during the booking process, so my apologies this was not picked up sooner. Kind regards Netflights Customer Services

We bought 6 nights accommodation in Dubai and was not told of the free upgrade so we purchased a different upgrade that we did not need. In addition the wording on the product description on the website led us to believe that we also should have had some extra feature included that it turns out were available at an extra cost.
