So sorry to hear you had a negative experience with Fedex over Christmas, and I totally understand your frustration. I can see that we dispatched this on 21st December and upgraded it to a next day delivery as you chose standard 3-5 day delivery. So it 100% should have got there before Christmas, Fedex did sadly let us down on a few parcels in run up to Christmas with the Royal Mail strikes causing all the other couriers taking the brunt of that. I can see it was delivered on 29th December, do let me know if that is incorrect. So it took five working days to be delivered, which is not acceptable and it should have been faster.
