As we are a small company I'm afraid it's just not possible for us to do free returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty. The product is clearly named a plain visitors book but we do take your comments on board and will try to make it more obvious that it is plain paged. We of course can exchange it for you but you would need to pay for the postage back to you. Sophie
