I don't think I will use again. The reason the charge is high but when we need to call you back.cost us a lot on the top our bill. i don't think is fair. I will be nice if you have a free number.

Thank you for your feedback. Over the course of your loan application your Case Manager will always try and keep you updated on progress with regular calls and texts. We do appreciate that if you return our call there is a cost involved, especially from a mobile. With that in mind we are always happy to call customers straight back on request.
