We endeavour to keep our customers up to date throughout the process and we apologise if you felt we tried to contact you a little too regularly. All costs associated with setting up a loan are transparent and are disclosed both verbally and in writing before customers take the decision to proceed, so there are no surprises later on down the line. Ocean Finance carries out the sourcing of appropriate products together with all the required loan processing on behalf of our customers and lenders and doesn’t charge any upfront fees.
