Hello, we are are sorry that you are disappointed with your order. If you could please forward the advertised wording "strong enough to hold food " as this is not on our website or on the packaging ? our copy on our website provides the following information "Fill these rainbow cones with your favourite party treats like miniature portions of sweets and popcorn. Simply stand on the included tray to serve. This kit also comes with 2 serving trays included. Ideal for carrying around or for filling out the nibbles table! Apologies again and we look forward to hearing from you.

Delivery was good and on time however quality of banner was poor. Could see outline of lettering and some fading of colouring.

Thank you very much for the refund, I got it. But the point is that I have no choice for the party, it was the next day of the delivery and I counted to get everything for that day. At the end, I got a mixture of everything and I wanted a football figure for everything. Anyway it’s done. I just recomend to you to be more careful packing the orders.
