Hello, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the image you provided for your cake. We do not alter the images received and customers are asked at point of uploading photographs to confirm acceptance of the image. We have discussed your comments with the customer service team , the advisor that took your call is sorry that you are disappointed with the service offered, we did not have any more cakes in the business when you contacted us just before 5 p.m and she suggested an alternative when asked and certainly did not want to cause further upset.
