Hello, sorry to hear of your disappointment. After checking with the customer servcie team it appears that they did attempt to contact you by telephone and email to advise that we did not have any cakes in the business until the 7th May, we apologise that you did nto receiver these communications.We confirm that a full refund has been processed and hope that you will trust us to place a future order.

Hello, so sorry that you recieved the incorrect items , after investigation it appears the delay was due to the Bank Holiday as we were closed on Monday 6th May. The customer service team have refunded the confetti today and again apologies.

Saved edited picture twice on create page but no option to review. Kept returning to default and as a result banner arrived with a picture of my hands ... very disappointed.
