Please could you confirm the email address you advise you sent three messages to as we have been unable to trace an email from you ? we reply to every email that we receive and would like to investigate this with our team. We can of course process a refund for the discount and look forward to hearing from you.

The comments do not state that there was no reply to emails , it’s states that I sent 3 emails regarding a tiny discount and CS emailed me back saying firstly they didn’t have a current discount code for 1st orders - untrue - then obviously thinking I was trying to defrauded them out of £2.50 asked me to email a copy of the discount email. Now Company is saying they can’t trace any emails from me😂. I couldn’t care less about the £2.50 but given my experience with this Company’s Customer Service department I would be concerned if I ever had to discuss a serious issue.

These have now been found on our server and we can confirm that the email you recieved regarding the discount was from another company - please see below:From: Party Ark Date: 4 July 2019 at 08:08:13 BST( we have removed your email address but am more than happy to send this email directly to you?)Our team were correct in advising that we did not recognise this offer and were certainly not implying that you were trying to "defraud us". We take all feedback seriously from our customers and feel confident that the PP team can and do resolve all customer contact. As a gesture of goodwill we have processed a refund of £ 2.50 to your account and again confirm the email code was not from Party Pieces.
