I paid for 2 days delivery and was supposed to have it by Saturday. I've received my helium on next Tuesday, 2 days after my party. They didn't even bother to apologize.

Hello, Thank you for your comments. I am sorry you are disappointed, Your order was placed on Thursday with a standard 3 day courier, The eta for this would have been Tuesday due to the weekend not being a working day. There was an attempt by the courier company on the Friday but no body was home to receive the parcel, due to this the couriers reattempted delivery on Monday. I am very sorry you are disappointed.
