Hello, Thank you for your comments, I have checked with the delivery company and they have noted a delivery attempt on Friday, No body was home to receive this parcel. Not received the balloon so therefore I'm not a happy customer and I would like a refund as it's too late now my daughter had the baby last week and she's already received exactly the same balloon :(
