Hi Team, it's now 28 days later, and I am still no further with my wedding planning. What kind of joke of a company are you running? I've paid my deposit already, and need to get my invites out, which can only be done with a confirmed date, which you won't give me. My phone calls go unaswered, my messages in my inbox the same. I'm starting to think I have paid a deposit to a phantom company and now will have to start over, not to mention have lost that money. To anyone who reads this: be warned, thus company does not care about you or your wedding.
