I sincerely apologize for the mistake we made placing the order in the wrong color of the fabric that you picked. We did everything to resolve the mistake as quickly as possible. We re-made the drapes in the right fabric at no charge and expedited them to you within days. Your reported the issue on January 25th. Your designer and a customer care specialist emailed or spoke with you on January 25th, January 31 and February 8. After that correspondence, we believed that we addressed all outstanding issues. After reading the review, I called and left messages on March 8 and March 9. I also sent an email on March 14.
I am sorry that your order did not go smoothly. The fabric that the drapes are made of is exactly the same as the sample that you received. We check our rolls of fabric to our samples before we make the order. The drapes may feel heavier because we use 100% cotton fabric to line the drapery panels. The lining protects the fabric from the sunlight and helps the drapes to last longer. Lining also helps form deep beautiful folds and create luxurious looking drapes. Lastly, the pins at the ends of the drapes should not go into the rings - they need to be attached to the wall to make sure that the light does not sip through the sides.This may explain why it appears that the rings are missing. If this is not the case, we are able to send more curtain rings.
