Hi, very sorry you to hear you had a bad experience. In reference to this order, we did cancel and refunded it as requested on the 17th of December, so the refund should have shown onto your account a few weeks ago. Please do let us know if that is not the case or if we have missed anything and I will sort it for you.

I ordered a Christmas gift certificate that didn’t show up on time, and I still don’t entire know whether my daughter received it and is confirmed for the ‘Winemaker for the Day Booking.’ Not great.

The initial delivery went astray unfortunately (not Roberson's fault) but they sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived safely. The wine itself was fantastic.
