Thank you for the information on your delivery. We are glad you enjoyed the wine but sorry that the delivery driver didn't establish you were home before leaving the wine according to your 'instructions if out'. They should always call at a first pass and we'll feed back to the Courier company. We appreciate there is a lot of packaging: as a company we have two priorities, one is to get the wine to customers safely and the other is to reduce our use of plastics. Our new cardboard packaging is 100%recyclable and protects a case of wine when dropped from a first floor window, so we are pleased with it's performance! We will keep considering alternatives though.

Interesting - gamble - too much like description (bay leaf aroma)...expected a hinty rather than "that's that"...so not to my taste. but as described and clearly well made wine.

This wine has an intriguing flavour profile with, as you say, a bay-leaf infused nose but as this was not to your liking, we do offer a free return service and are happy to arrange a collection if the other bottles you bought are unwanted. We will contact you directly to discuss..
