We have advised the Courier company of the training issue regarding staff attitude and, whilst the individual has left, they will ensure customer care is high on the areas covered with all staff.
We appreciate the new packaging is somewhat bulky, we have two objectives from it:
1) ensuring the wine arrives to customers safely
2) removing the use of plastic
Being 100% recyclable and surviving a drop from a 1st floor window the new boxes deliver on both! However we do take your feedback on board and we will remain on the look out for more suitable alternatives.
