I am sorry that your order was delayed, this was due to something beyond our control. I can see from our notes that we informed you as soon as we were made aware and my colleague worked with you to try and find a suitable alternative delivery date. It is not commonplace for us to send invoices out as payment is made prior to delivery however it can be done and I have arranged for a copy of the invoice to be sent to you.
