Thank you for your feedback, we do try and clean our bags before they leave our production facility however this is not always possible, for which I apologise. The contents should not be affected.

Thank you for your feedback. Our seed orders are delivered via courier and they usually provide text or email updates. I am looking into this with our partners to ensure the process is working correctly.

I ordered over 200m2 of turf. 2 full pallets were ok. Another ~half pallet looks terrible - much thinner rolls, darker soil, looked really awful!
