Great service , rang them prior to a mail order for assistance with heated gloves size etc . Very nice staff who were knowledgable .

The service from Sail and Ski was good but the experience with their chosen parcel service was so terrible that I would have to give an overall rating of poor.

I am sorry to hear tis and over the last month we have changed from UK Mail who caused this issue to Interlink and DPD who are providing a much better level of service to us
