Although initial on line ordering was good - still no book arrived nearly 2 weeks later

This title is a print on demand title and is sent directly from the printers. I have checked their website and your book was despatched on the 11th. Print on demand titles can take up to two weeks to arrive. Your book should arrive today or tomorrow. Please don't hesitate to contact the team in Norwich if your book doesn't arrive soon. The book took over a week to arrive, which I thought was a rather long time,even considering the Bank Holiday that might have caused a bit of a delay.
