Serenat were unable to correct my delivery date even though I phoned immediatly to change it. I sent lots of emails also to try and change it NO LUCK. Will not use again!!!!

Thank you for your feedback. I can only apologise that we were unable to make any changes to your order. As your order was placed quite close to cut off time for next day deliveries our production team had already assigned your order to ensure this was sent out the next day as requested and they were physically unable to make the ammendments at that time. When I ordered originally I did put in the delivery date as 3.10.11 somewhere along the line it automatically put in the delivery date as the next day, unknown to me. I phoned immediately but was unable to change the date. I do not feel that the fault lies with me, I have never had this problem with inta flora. I can only think that their website it is easier to follow their order proceedure. Regards Claire Hintz.

Flowers arrived at their desination on time and were lovely. It was hassle free for me to arrange from Devon to be delivered to the Orkneys.
